	Mr. K.B.K.REDDY Chairman & Managing Director For well over two decades, Mr. K.B.K. Reddy, the founder promoter of HYQUIP Group steered the Company from a small proprietary unit into a professionally managed engineering enterprise. Under his stewardship, the Company experienced a consistent & controlled growth rate for the first 15 years, which basically consolidated the company, then followed by an exponential growth in the last 5 years, mainly due to the exemplary project management skills infused into the company by Mr. Reddy, which has seen the Group grow from the Rs. 30.00 lakhs per annum entity to the present Rs. 140.00 crores per annum enterprise. Mr. Reddy’s people centric leadership, built on values, empowerment, high ethics, openness and team work, today showcases a highly experienced & quality work force wherein the 285 employees form the Companies valuable assets. This human capital has been built up personally by Mr. Reddy nurtured and motivated under a progressive performance based reward system.

	Mr. M.P.FERNANDO Director – Operations Mr. M.P.Fernando has a career spanning more than 18 years with HYQUIP Group of Companies and is the Groups Director – Operation for the last 8 years from 2002. He joined the Company in June, 1990 as General Manager – Marketing bringing with him insights gained in the various Engineering Sectors while in his service with multi-nation Companies and Corporates, such as M/s. Macneill & Magor Ltd., M.A.N. Germany, W.M.I. Cranes, Electro–Technics Undine and Integral Coach Factory during his initial span of 15 years of service prior to joining HYQUIP. Mr. Fernando has expertise in conceptualizing executing and managing engineering, manufacturing, marketing of engineering machinery & capital equipment. He has domain expertise in driving Urban Waste Management Projects, marketing them environmentally sustainable & occupational with health and safety consciousness. Mr. Fernando has Proficiency in overseeing business operation, establishing enterprises from scratch and giving strategic direction conveyed through policies & corporate objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Madras University, M.B.A. from Madhurai University and is a Member of the National Municipal Solid Waste Task Force under the banner of Andhra Pradesh Technology Development and Promotion Centre and Confederation of Indian Industries.

	K.RADHASWAMY Director - Technical Mr. Radhaswamy is the technical doyen of the Hyquip group. With an experience of more than 4 decades, Mr. Radhaswamy steers the technical aspects of the projects right from design to execution. His wide experience in the mechanical engineering includes bringing innovation for setting up plants of various sizes and requirements. Before joining Hyquip, Mr. Radhaswamy has worked in the heavy machinery industry as a Chief Engineer and Director in several companies such as HMT, Eicher Motors, Hyderabad Industries, Euroflex Transmissions etc His experience includes Design of feed Processing Plants Design and analysis of Bulk Material Handling Systems Design and manufacturing of Machine tools for automobile, tractor and other Engineering Industries. Planning end to end projects for setting up new products like Diary Machinery, Automobile Ancillaries etc. Dismantling Entire manufacturing plants in USA, Sweden etc and re-erection of the same in India. Reconditioning of Heavy Machines. In-plant Handling Systems. Plant automation, robotics, Liquid Metal Handling Systems, Cleaning Machines etc. Mr. Radhaswamy is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University and a post graduate from IIT Delhi.
	Mr. M. M. HUSSAIN Director - Business Development Mr. M. M. Hussain started his career in Hyquip from the manufacturing plant in 1994 and has played several key roles in various departments like production, vendoring, procurement, quality control, after sales etc with an exposure to sound fundamentals resulting in expertise in the Bulk Material handling industry. Mr. Hussain is an expert in Planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling of manufacturing activities. He has been providing leadership and exercising Man Management skills including training of support staff across the group. One of his key activities is interacting with customers, understanding their requirement, firming up the scope and preparing cost effective solutions. He brings onto the table a balance of work planning and scheduling based on clients requirement and maintaining good client relations. He has end to end ownership for planning the works, deriving the scope of supply and services for the various enquiries and working out the proposal layout drawings as well as pricing for the same accompanied by comprehensive effective offers / quotations. One of his key responsibilities is to interact with various customers on a regular basis by visiting the installations and constantly advising the higher management on steps / measures to be taken for betterment of customer service and response time to attend to complaints and after sales service. Another of his achievement is introducing company into the Middle-east market and developing a significant export business for the entire HYQUIP Group
