Crushing and Screening Equipment |

Hyquip Impact Hammer Crushers are ideal for primary and secondary crushing of raw materials like hard coal, lignite, limestone, gypsum or minerals. Primarily these crushers can be set at an extremely large crushing ratios : normally at 20 and max. upto 40.
The feed material is crushed by means of rotating beaters with renewable heads by impact against the grinding ledges. Due to the reversible rotor with crushing ledges fitted on both sides, the wearing surface of the hammer heads can be used to the maximum possible extent without reversing the hammers.
The machine has a central inlet and open bottom discharge which eliminates the chances of clogging of grate opening. |

Hyquip Ring Granulators are most ruggedly built for continuous duty for crushing ROM Coal and other medium hard minerals. These are ideal machines for crushing ROM Coal to a size best suited for Travel Grate type Boilers as its crushing ratios are maximum upto 10.
The unique crushing action by combining impact and rolling compression in a Ring Granulator results in higher output with low power consumption. They offer better overall economy in terms of power consumption and maintenance. |

This is a simple circle throw type Screen with two-bearing assembly which produces a true circular motion vibrating equally, simultaneously throughout the area of the screen, The uniform motion throughout produces an accurately sized product.
The Screen Cloth replacement is made easy and simple and all permanent connections are welded to reduce maintenance while all bolted connections are through carbon steel high tensile bolts. |
